The Allium Bangkok is inspired by the vibrant, communal spirit of the Mediterranean, where every meal is a celebration and every gathering an opportunity to connect. Guided by sustainability, seasonality, and a commitment to local producers, we strive to ensure that our impact on the environment is as thoughtful as our hospitality.​​

Our menu draws on the coastal kitchens of Spain, Southern France, Italy, and Greece, combining simplicity with bold, sun-kissed flavors. Chef Clément Hernandez, whose French training and Spanish roots shape every dish, brings a personal journey to the table. From Michelin-starred kitchens to casual Mediterranean dining, always with meticulous technique. Designed for sharing, our mezze, tapas, grilled specialties, and fresh pastas encourage conversation and connection around every table.​​

Our drinks complement this approach, with aromatic cocktails infused with Mediterranean botanicals, a curated selection of organic and biodynamic wines, and creative non-alcoholic options that are vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable.​
